Do you ship all over Mexico?
Yes, we ship all over Mexico via secure and reliable courier services. Delivery time varies by location, but usually takes between 3-7 business days .
Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its location in real time.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on location and number of bottles purchased. We offer free shipping on purchases equal to or greater than 2 bottles.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Mexico. However, if you are located in another country and would like to purchase our mezcal, please contact us to discuss options.

Can I request an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, if you need an invoice, send us an email to facturacion@mezcalcorazondedioses.com with your tax information and your order number within the first 3 business days after your purchase.

What kind of mezcal do you sell?
Our mezcal is 100% artisanal, young, from agave cupreata (papalote) , originally from Guerrero. It is made using traditional techniques, maintaining its authenticity and unique flavor.
Does mezcal have preservatives or additives?
No, our mezcal is completely pure and natural , without chemicals or added sugars.
How do you recommend taking your mezcal?
To fully enjoy its flavor, we recommend drinking it in a glass or gourd , at room temperature and accompanied by a slice of orange with worm salt. It is also excellent in cocktails.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Because this is an alcoholic beverage, we do not accept returns, except in cases of damage during shipping . If your bottle arrived broken or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product so we can offer you a solution.
