Mezcal Margarita

A smoky twist on the classic margarita, featuring premium mezcal with fresh lime and agave.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Mezcal Corazón de Dioses
  • 30ml Fresh lime juice
  • 20ml Agave syrup
  • Salt for rim
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Preparation

  1. Rim a rocks glass with salt and set aside
  2. Add mezcal, lime juice, and agave syrup to a shaker with ice
  3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  4. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel

Mezcal Negroni

An elegant and complex cocktail that balances the smokiness of mezcal with bitter and sweet notes.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Mezcal Corazón de Dioses
  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Sweet vermouth
  • Orange peel for garnish

Preparation

  1. Add mezcal, Campari, and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice
  2. Stir gently for 30 seconds
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
  4. Express orange peel oils over the drink and garnish

Carajillo del Diablo

A bold Mexican coffee cocktail with mezcal, espresso, and a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Mezcal Corazón de Dioses
  • 30ml Fresh espresso
  • 15ml Coffee liqueur
  • 10ml Simple syrup
  • Coffee beans for garnish

Preparation

  1. Brew a fresh shot of espresso and let cool slightly
  2. Add mezcal, espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice
  3. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  5. Garnish with three coffee beans
