Ingredients

  • 50 ml of mezcal.
  • 50 ml of pineapple juice.
  • 25 ml of coconut cream.
  • 10 ml of agave syrup.
  • Ice.

Procedure

1. In a blender, combine 50 ml of mezcal, 50 ml of pineapple juice, 25 ml of coconut cream, 10 ml of agave syrup and a handful of ice.
2. Blend until you get a creamy texture.
3. Serve in a tall glass and garnish with shredded coconut.
