Ingredients

  • 50 ml of young agave cupreata mezcal
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml of agave syrup
  • 1 egg white.
  • Ice

Procedure

Shake all ingredients in a shaker without ice (to emulsify the egg white) and then add ice. Shake again and strain into a rocks glass.
