Ingredients

• 50 ml of mezcal.
• 100 ml of fresh pineapple juice.
• 10 ml lime juice.
• Ginger beer.
• Ice.

Procedure

1. Fill the copper glass with ice.
2. Add 50 ml of mezcal, 100 ml of pineapple juice and 10 ml of lime juice.
3. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently.
4. Decorate with a slice of pineapple.

Extra material : Copper glass (mule mug), mixing spoon.
